Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced chicken
  • 2 onions (preferably red)
  • 4 slices of white bread without crusts
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 1 stalk of leek (white and light green only)
  • 1 bunch parsley (leaves only)
  • 200 milliliters of dry white wine
  • 150 milliliters of cream (33%)
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion or grind it with a blender. Fry half of the amount until soft. Soak the bread in the milk. Mix the minced meat with the soaked bread, fried onion, egg, salt, pepper and mix well. Form meatballs and steam them (about 30 minutes). Another not so useful way of cooking is to fry them first on high heat, and then leave them to cook at low temperature under a lid. Meanwhile, make the sauce. To do this, cut leeks and parsley in bulk. Fry the remaining red onion until transparent, add the wine and leave on high heat for 4 minutes to evaporate the liquid. Add leeks and parsley, let everything cook for 4-5 minutes. Pour the cream and stir for another 5 minutes. After the mixture cools down a bit, beat with a blender. You can beat until smooth, and you can leave small pieces. Serve the prepared meatballs with the sauce. Garnish as desired.

Enjoy your meal!
