How To Cook Chicken Meatballs Stuffed With Eggs And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of minced chicken

1 onion

1 - 2 cloves garlic

bread (to taste)

1 egg

salt and pepper

About the filling :

100 - 150 grams of grated yellow cheese (maybe mozzarella)

2 boiled eggs (grated)

parsley and dill (finely chopped)

2 tablespoons butter at room temperature

spices at will and at your choice

Method of preparation :

Knead the minced meat, adding to it the listed products (first soak the bread in water). Make the stuffing by mixing the ingredients for it.

Wet your hands with water, scoop some of the minced meat with a spoon, place it on your palm and make a dent in the middle of the minced meat. There put the resulting filling. Then "close", forming a meatball. Fry on low heat (in preheated oil) on both sides until golden brown.

 

You can serve with a garnish of potatoes and tomato salad.
