Required products :
500 - 600 grams of minced chicken
2 eggs
200 grams of ham
100 grams of yellow cheese
a little fresh milk
breadcrumbs
oil
black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour a little fresh milk with the minced meat, put breadcrumbs and knead.
Cut the ham and yellow cheese into small cubes.
Beat the eggs.
Make a layer of minced meat, in the middle put the stuffing (ham and cheese).
Close, forming a meatball. Continue in the same way until the products are exhausted.
Dip each meatball in the beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs, again egg, breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil on both sides until crispy.
Serve the dish with your favorite garnish.
