Fry the sliced mushrooms until soft in oil. Add the yellow cheese (grated), cream, season and cool.
Add salt to the minced chicken, add ground black pepper to taste. Knead well, tear a little of it, flatten in the palm of your hand and put the mushroom filling in the middle of each base. Close it, forming meatballs, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden under a lid (about 2-3 minutes).
