How To Cook Chicken Meatballs With Apple And Brown Sugar - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken meatballs with apple and brown sugar". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 sweet apple, peeled and finely chopped
  • 500 grams of minced chicken
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped sage
  • 1 tablespoon plain brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method of preparation :

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until soft. Add the apple and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Wipe the pan.

Add the minced meat, sage, fennel, sugar, salt and pepper to the apple and onion. Mix the products well.

Grease the pan well and form meatballs, fry them until done.

Serve them with a salad or add them to your favorite burger.
