How To Cook Chicken Meatballs With Corn Flakes And Breads - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken meatballs with cottage cheese and breaded cornflakes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced chicken
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • 50 milliliters of sour cream or milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons chopped dill
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 100-150 grams of cornflakes
  • 2-4 tablespoons vegetable oil

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the minced chicken and cottage cheese, pour the milk (or cream), add the egg, chopped onion, dill and garlic, season with ground black pepper and salt.

Mix everything well and with wet hands form small minced meatballs. Roll them in cornflakes (if it is very large, grind or break with your hands).

Heat a few tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the meatballs over low heat for five minutes on each side.

When an appetizing crust forms, you can serve them and offer mashed potatoes as a side dish.
