How To Cook Chicken Meatballs With Cream Cheese And Cream Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of minced chicken
100 grams of cream cheese
1 onion
1 egg
oil

For the sauce:

350 ml cooking cream with a fat content of 15-20%
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 bunch parsley
salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, chop finely and fry for 5 minutes in oil. Remove from the heat and leave for a moment.

Add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley, cream cheese, egg and salt to the minced chicken. Knead well, add the onion, stir, cover the dish and refrigerate for an hour.

 

Meanwhile, make the sauce.

Fry until golden sifted flour, add butter and stir for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the cream into the mixture, stirring constantly. Return the pan to the heat and let the sauce cook until all the lumps are completely gone (you have to stir all the time). Finally, pour the remaining chopped parsley, close the pan and leave in a warm place.

Form meatballs from the minced meat, roll them in flour and fry in oil until golden. Drizzle them with the delicious creamy addition, heat and immediately remove from the heat.
