How To Cook Chicken Meatballs With Spinach And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken meatballs with spinach and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 600 grams of freshly minced chicken
  • 200 grams of scalded spinach
  • salt, pepper, cumin
  • 1 bunch fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • frying fat

 

Method of preparation:

 

Choose fresh chicken - fillet, leg meat and grind it through a meat grinder. Add chopped pre-scalded spinach, onion, spices, cheese and egg.

Stir the mixture, cool it for an hour and form meatballs. Heat the oil, roll them in flour and fry until golden. Drain, cool and serve with garnish of choice.
