Choose fresh chicken - fillet, leg meat and grind it through a meat grinder. Add chopped pre-scalded spinach, onion, spices, cheese and egg.
Stir the mixture, cool it for an hour and form meatballs. Heat the oil, roll them in flour and fry until golden. Drain, cool and serve with garnish of choice.
