Required products :
chicken fillet
zucchini
cheese
pepper
egg
flour
onions
pepper
sol
frying oil
Use equal amounts of all products.
Method of preparation :
Wash and dry the fillet, cut it into small cubes. Peel an onion and cut it, add it to the meat. Do the same with zucchini and peppers. Grate the yellow cheese in bulk.
Make minced meat by mixing the vegetables, finely chopped meat, yellow cheese, eggs and flour. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Then form meatballs from the mixture and fry them until ready in well-heated oil.
Serve with vegetables or other garnish.
