Required products :
500 grams of minced chicken
1 egg
150 grams of yellow cheese
a few cloves of garlic
parsley to taste

black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :
Add the finely chopped garlic and parsley to the minced meat, add salt, pepper and beaten egg. Knead the minced meat, put a layer of it on your palm, in the middle of which put a piece of cheese and form a meatball. Yellow cheese can also be grated. Thus, make meatballs from all the minced meat, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in well-heated oil on both sides until you get an appetizing yellow crust.
