How To Cook Chicken Mill Soup With Buckwheat And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

  • 430 grams of chicken mill
  • 1.8 liters of water
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons buckwheat
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 bay leaf
  • black pepper and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash, cut the watermelons and cook for about 20 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin long pieces. Finely chop the carrots, red onions and peppers, fry them until golden.

Add salt to taste to the broth in which you boiled the watermelons and pour the potatoes into the pan. Put on the stove and when the water boils, reduce the heat. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the buckwheat and leave the soup on the fire until all the products are ready. Then pour the fried vegetables and after 5 minutes of cooking remove the pan from the heat.

Add the chopped green onions, bay leaf and black pepper to taste.

Leave the soup for 10 minutes to absorb the different flavors and aromas, remove the bay leaf and good appetite!
