Required products :

  • 1 kg of chicken millet
  • 400-500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 large head of old onion
  • 1.5 tablespoons starch
  • salt, parsley, black pepper


Method of preparation :

Cut the watermelons, pour them into a deep pan (you may not use fat), add the chopped onion, season with black pepper to taste, add salt and stew for about an hour (initially on low heat, then increase the temperature) until the liquid evaporates.

Boil the milk, cool and dissolve the starch in it (if desired, replace it with flour).

When the liquid evaporates from the pan with the watermelons, pour the milk and add finely chopped fresh parsley.

Stir constantly until the mixture boils, then remove the pan from the heat.
