How To Cook Chicken Mills In Tomato Sauce With Onion, Garlic And Basil - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of watermelons
2 onions
2 medium carrots
3 tablespoons tomato paste
3-4 cloves garlic
60 milliliters of oil
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 -3 bay leaves
salt, pepper and sugar to taste


Method of preparation :

Wash and clean the mills, in two parts or in four if they are very large. Put them in a saucepan and simmer until semi-cooked (the liquid should evaporate).

Cut onions into semicircles and carrots into thin straws. Add them to the watermills, pour the oil and 200 milliliters of water. Let everything simmer for 20-15 minutes.

Then add the tomato puree, basil, bay leaves, salt, sugar and ground black pepper to taste. You can also use dried herbs of your choice.

Add a little more water and let the dish boil for another 15 minutes.

Adjust the amount of water according to how much sauce you want to get.

Finally, add the crushed or finely chopped garlic.

Serve with your favorite garnish.
