Required products :
1 kg chicken mills
2-3 onions
5 cloves garlic
200 milliliters chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
oil
parsley or green onions
ground red pepper
cinnamon
salt
Method of preparation :
Wash the chicken mills, peel them and boil in salted water for 35-45 minutes. Once cooled, cut them into cubes.
Finely chop the onion and fry until golden in hot oil. Add the watermelons, pour the chicken broth and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Then add the soy sauce, crushed garlic cloves, a little cinnamon, salt and paprika to taste and let everything cook under the lid for another 20-30 minutes.
It remains to sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or green onions and serve.
