Required products :

  • 500 grams of chicken mill
  • 6-9 potatoes (the number depends on their size)
  • frying oil
  • pinch of dried basil
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Clean and wash the watermills, cut them and put in a pan with hot oil (its level should cover 1 cm from the bottom of the dish). Stew under a lid for 5 minutes on medium heat, season with a pinch of dried basil and salt. Then remove the lid of the pan and fry the watermelons for another 3 minutes until the excess moisture evaporates.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into random pieces about 2-3 millimeters thick.

Once the moisture evaporates from the mills, pour the potatoes over them, close the pan with a lid and fry for 5 minutes (until the potatoes are soft). Then remove the lid, season the dish with salt and leave on the stove until the products are completely cooked (stir from time to time).
