Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 20 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 chicken legs, cut into portions
  • red pepper, salt, black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 50 milliliters of beer
  • 5 grams of cumin
  • olive oil for frying

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes and carrots, peel and place in a bowl. Add the butter, milk, salt and pepper. Make a puree and put it in a kitchen bag. Set aside and heat the olive oil in a pan.

Fry the meat, season with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, stir and add the puree and beer. Reduce heat and cook over low heat.

Stew the chicken for 30 minutes and serve in the middle of a plate. Sprinkle a puree in the shape of a circle around the meat so that it resembles a nest, and arrange a green salad of your choice around it. Serve and enjoy the taste.
