How To Cook Chicken Noodles Soup With Corn And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 900 milliliters of vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 piece of chicken breast (about 200 grams)
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 50 grams of rice or wheat noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sweet corn - canned or frozen
  • 2-3 thinly sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 2 green onions, grated
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • basil or mint to serve
  • hot pepper for serving

Method of preparation :

Pour the broth into a saucepan and put the chicken fillet, ginger and garlic.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the temperature and cook for 20 minutes until the meat is done.

Chop the cooked meat in bulk with a fork.

Return it to the pan and add the noodles, corn, thinly sliced ​​mushrooms, grated 1 stalk of green onions and soy sauce.
