Necessary products
For the pancakes:
3 eggs
3 teaspoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons flour
2 tablespoons oil
For the filling:
500 grams of chicken fillet
2 onions
500 grams of fresh mushrooms
1/2 tea cup of rice
1-2 boiled eggs
parsley if desired
Method of preparation :
Heat the milk, beat it together with the eggs, add the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder, pour the oil last.
From the resulting dough bake thin pancakes in the standard way.
Make the filling.
Finely chop the chicken fillet and fry it together with one chopped onion until cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the rice, chop the eggs and mix the two products. Add parsley to them, if desired.
Fry the mushrooms until ready with the second onion and start "assembling" the salty pancake cake.
Put a few pancakes in a suitable dish that you have previously greased.
Then distribute the chicken with onions evenly, again pancakes, rice with eggs, pancakes, mushrooms and finish with pancakes.
Place the dish in the oven at 220 degrees and let it bake for 20 minutes.
If you prefer, you can sprinkle the surface with grated cheese and bake until golden.
