We took this recipe for you from the  International Culinary Festival "Bulgaria welcomes the tastes of the world" , which was prepared by the professional chef Laszlo from Hungary.

Necessary products:

  • chicken
  • onion head
  • garlic
  • duck fat
  • a few peppers
  • tomatoes
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • 12 eggs
  •  flour
  •  sour cream
  •  left

The chicken is deboned in advance.

Put 2-3 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan.

Finely chop an onion and add it to the preheated butter. We stir.

Crush 4-5 cloves of garlic with a large knife. Cut two green peppers, one tomato in bulk. When the onion acquires a golden color, add the peppers and tomatoes. We stir.

Squeeze the chicken, add it. Season with red, black pepper and salt to taste.
Then pour a little water, cover the pan with foil and let the dish cook for about 40 minutes on medium heat.

While the chicken is simmering, we start preparing dough for a really interesting garnish. For this we need a homemade dough grater. But first we boil half a pot of salted water.

While waiting for the water to boil, prepare a dough of 5 eggs, 600 grams of flour and salt to taste.

We start planing this dough in boiling water.

And when all the dough is planed, let it boil for 4-5 minutes.

When the dough is ready, prepare cold water aside. Squeeze with a strainer and put it in cold water to cross, which will retain its shape.

To 150 grams of sour cream (in a separate bowl) add a little flour and very little water, stir dynamically in both directions (counterclockwise and then clockwise), scoop a ladle of chicken sauce and add it to this mixture. The goal is to cross the cream with the hot sauce.

Stir and add the mixture to the chicken. Then stir again and remove from the heat.

During this time we put a pan on the stove, on the bottom of which we put duck fat. Beat 5-6 eggs in a bowl, pour into a hot pan, add the dough we prepared before, salt and stir.

And then pour into a mold of your choice to form a beautiful portion.

Place pieces of chicken on the side of the mold and cover with sauce.

In this case, strips of peppers in different colors and onion sprouts were used for decoration.

Garnish as we like!

Enjoy your meal!
