  • 3 green peppers
  • 4-5 red peppers
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 grated tomatoes
  • a pinch of sugar
  • salt, pepper
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 50 milliliters of red wine
  • 20 grams of tomato puree
  • fresh basil leaves

 

Method of preparation:
