Required products :

1 chicken leg

1 carrot

1 onion

6 tablespoons rice

salt to taste

oil

spices for chicken to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the leg, cut it into pieces, season with chicken spices.

Heat the oil in a suitable pan and stew the meat in it.

Grate carrots on a coarse grater, add to chicken. Then chop the onion, put it in the pan.

Let everything simmer until ready.

Divide the rice into two pots, then divide the stewed meat with the vegetables, pour water, the level of which should be 2-3 centimeters above the rice.

Add salt to taste, close the pots with lids and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
