How To Cook Chicken Roll With Garlic, Walnuts And Onions - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1.5 kilograms of chicken fillet
  • salt, pepper and cumin to taste
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 head of garlic, cleaned and finely chopped
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 300 grams of finely ground walnuts
  • a few stalks of fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • toothpicks or halved wooden skewers

 

Method of preparation:

 

Fillet the meat, arrange the pieces next to each other and season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Put the walnuts, garlic, parsley and chopped onion in a blender.

Beat until smooth and spread the mixture over the chicken fillet. Roll up the roll and secure with toothpicks. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, mustard and honey.

Stir and spread the roll on all sides. Put it in a pan, preheat the oven to 170 degrees and cook the meat for 40-45 minutes. Cool, cut and serve.
