  • 1 small roasted eggplant
  • carrots to taste
  • 2 - 3 medium potatoes
  • green onions to taste
  • garlic
  • salt and spices to taste
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the carrots, peppers, green onions, fry them in hot oil. Then add the peeled and sliced ​​roasted eggplant and stew until the products are ready.

Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water, mash. Add spices to taste - garlic, pepper and whatever you prefer. Stir and allow the potatoes to cool.

Add the grated yellow cheese, dill, garlic, black pepper, salt to the minced chicken.

The shaping of the roll itself follows.

Spread the minced meat on plastic wrap, leaving enough of it to cover the layer. Level the surface with a rolling pin, remove the top layer of foil, put the puree in several places on the minced meat and again distribute evenly with the rolling pin. Put a layer of vegetables on top. Form a roll, which you wrap in aluminum foil and place in the oven. Bake for about 40 minutes at 175 degrees.

Cut the finished dish into pieces and serve.
