Required products :

6 large chicken legs
6 pieces melted cheese
300 grams fresh mushrooms
link parsley
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey (you can use soy sauce if you do not prefer the sweet taste)
1 tablespoon oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste

6 sheets of foil in the form of a square with a side of 30 centimeters

Method of preparation :

Wash the legs, remove the bone, leaving 3-4 cm of it at the end.

Make the filling.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and stew them in 1 tablespoon of fat of your choice. Then let cool and add to them the pieces of melted cheese, chopped parsley and mix well.

Knock the meat, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. On top of each layer of chicken put the finished stuffing, roll rolls, each of them "wrap" in foil, leaving the bone uncovered.

Arrange them in a pan, the bottom of which you have also covered with a sheet of foil, and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Then remove from the oven, unroll the foil and spread the rolls with a mixture of honey and mayonnaise (or mayonnaise + soy sauce). Return to bake until golden (about 10 minutes).

Enjoy your meal!
