How To Cook Chicken Rolls With Rice, White Mushrooms And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 300 grams of white mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
  • 300 grams of cooked rice
  • onion head
  • 1/2 bunch dill or parsley
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 250 milliliters of chicken broth
  • spices (salt, pepper)

 

Method of preparation :

Washed and dried fillet cut into three pieces lengthwise. Boil broth (300 milliliters) from the cuttings.

 

Season the chicken with black pepper and salt, cover with plastic wrap and beat.

Finely chop the onion, fry it in a tablespoon of oil and then add the chopped mushrooms.

 

Cook the mixture over medium heat (stirring) for 10 minutes (until the liquid evaporates). Forge.

Combine with pre-cooked rice and stir.

 

Followed by green spices, stir again and the filling for the rolls is ready.

 

Put a full tablespoon of the mushroom-rice combination on top of each piece of chicken. Roll up rolls, fasten them with toothpicks or tie with a suitable string.

 

Fry on all sides until golden brown.

 

Arrange them in a pan, pour 250 milliliters of broth and bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.

 

Serve hot or warm.
