Cut the chicken and season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Put the stretch film on each piece of meat and roll it with a rolling pin. In a pan, heat olive oil, fry onions, chopped mushrooms, cool and spread the mixture on each fillet.
Add a piece of melted cheese and sliced pickles. Carefully roll and wrap in a slice of bacon. Secure the ends of the meat with toothpicks and arrange the rolls in a pan.
Pour the cream, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool the dish, pour portions and serve. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
