How To Cook Chicken Salad With Balsamic Dressing And Apples - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2-3 apples
  • 300 grams of boiled chicken
  • 30 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • fresh parsley for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut off the fruit caps and clean the cores. Carve out the fleshy part of the apples and cut it into small pieces.

Heat the butter, fry the fruit, chicken and season with salt and pepper. After 5-6 minutes, cool and distribute the filling in the apples.

Heat honey in a pan, add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, cinnamon and lemon juice. Stir and season the fruit. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves and serve.
