How To Cook Chicken Salad With Beans, Corn And Garlic Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

2 pieces of chicken fillet

1 small can of canned corn (or to taste)

1 small can of red beans (or to taste)

1 medium green pepper

2 medium tomatoes

1 medium onion head

parsley

spices for chicken

 

For the sauce:

1/3 teaspoon oil

3 tablespoons vinegar

3 tablespoons mustard

2 tablespoons liquid honey

2 cloves garlic

1/2 teaspoon thyme

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the fillet, cut it into cubes, add chicken spices to taste. Put the meat in the refrigerator for an hour, then fry. Drain the liquid from the canned beans and corn, clean the peppers from the seeds, wash and cut into large cubes. Cut the tomatoes in the same way and squeeze lightly from their juice. Peel an onion, cut it into cubes, and parsley - finely, mash the garlic.

Make a sauce by mixing vinegar with oil, mustard, honey, crushed garlic and thyme. Let it stand for 30 minutes.

In a salad bowl, mix the chicken pieces, corn, beans, chopped peppers, tomatoes, onions and parsley. Drizzle the salad with the aromatic sauce and serve.
