How To Cook Chicken Salad With Broccoli, Cheese And Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of broccoli
1 piece of chicken breast
150 grams of cheese
100 grams of sour cream
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon mustard
several types of ground pepper to taste
green onions and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the chicken breasts until cooked, drain the water and allow the meat to cool.

Also boil the broccoli in salted water for about 5 minutes. Once cooled, divide them into inflorescences.

Add the mustard and soy sauce to the cream, season with a mixture of different types of ground pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything until smooth.

In a suitable bowl, mix the broccoli with chopped green onions, add the diced cheese and chicken breast. Drizzle the salad with the sauce and serve.
