Required products :

250 grams of chicken fillet

200 grams of carrots

100 grams of onions

100 milliliters of refined sunflower oil

300 grams of mushrooms

2 boiled eggs

380 grams of canned corn

mayonnaise to taste

parsley to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the fillet and cut it into small pieces when cool. Grate the carrots in bulk, cut the onion into semicircles and fry the two products in oil. Cut the mushrooms into plates, fry them in oil. Peel the boiled eggs and grate them in bulk. Mix all the products you have prepared and add the corn drained from the liquid to them. Season the salad with mayonnaise and garnish with parsley.
