Required products :
350 grams of chicken fillet
200-300 grams of canned beans
200-300 grams of canned corn
6-7 leaves of Chinese cabbage
1/2 teaspoon rye croutons
5-6 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the chicken fillet, cut it into strips about 2-2.5 cm thick, put them in boiling salted water and let them cook for 20-25 minutes (until ready). Allow the meat to cool and cut it into small pieces.
Chop the cabbage leaves, making sure the thick pieces are cut as thin as possible.
Wash the beans, pour them into a colander and let the liquid drain.
You should mix the products in the salad bowl: pour the beans, corn, fillet, cabbage in it. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, add crispy rye bread croutons and finally mayonnaise. Mix well and the salad is ready.
