How To Cook Chicken Salad With Grapes, Celery And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken salad with grapes, celery and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of chicken fillet
  • 100-150 grams of celery
  • 100-150 grams of grapes without seeds
  • 30 grams of walnuts, which you can replace with hazelnuts or cashews
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • mayonnaise or natural yogurt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper and salt

 

Method of preparation :

Boil or roast the chicken fillet, then cut it into small pieces.
Wash, dry and cut the grapes in half.
Rinse the celery, dry it and cut it into thin pieces.
Cut the nuts and you can lightly bake in a dry pan if desired.
Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley stalks.

When you have prepared all the products, mix them in a salad bowl and add mayonnaise or yogurt to taste. Season with black pepper, add salt and stir.

Sprinkle with nuts and serve. You can refrigerate if the products have been at room temperature.
