Learn how to cook "Chicken salad with melon and parmesan chips". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 large piece of smoked chicken breast
  • about 400 grams of melon
  • small bunch of fresh mint
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • a handful of corn salad
  • handful of fresh cranberries
  • a few leaves of watercress salad
  • a little olive oil if desired
  • left

Method of preparation :

Cut smoked chicken breasts into long pieces, melon - not small bites (leave a few pieces for decoration).

Chop the lettuce and mint leaves with your hands, put them on the bottom of a bowl. On them - chicken and melon pieces, salt and sprinkle with olive oil, if desired.

Make crispy Parmesan chips by grating them first, then scooping a little of them and frying or baking in a well-heated pan. Once the cheese turns golden, remove with a spatula and place on paper, it will absorb excess fat.

Garnish the salad with the delicious addition. Garnish with slices of melon, cranberries and watercress leaves.

Enjoy your meal!
