How To Cook Chicken Salad With Potatoes, Grapes And Pear - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 400 grams of boiled chicken fillet
  • 4 potatoes
  • 100 grams of sour cream
  • 100 grams of milk mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon grapes, cut in half
  • 2 stalks of chervil
  • 50 grams of chopped walnuts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil for sprinkling
  • a few leaves of fresh lettuce

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil, peel, cut the potatoes and put them in a bowl. Add finely chopped chicken fillet to them. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.

Stir and add the cream, mayonnaise, grapes, chopped cherries, walnuts and two finely chopped lettuce leaves. Stir and cool.

Put the fresh lettuce leaves on a plate or bowl, sprinkle the salad and serve.
