Required products :
3 eggplants
1 piece chicken breast
1 tomato
1/4 head lettuce
50 milliliters olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 lemon
20 grams coriander
1 teaspoon curry powder
100 grams of yogurt
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Mix the yogurt with the curry and salt to taste. In this combination, marinate the chicken breasts for half an hour. Bake the aubergines in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. When you take them out, put the meat in their place for 15 minutes.
Peel the aubergines, cut the inside. Chop the tomatoes into random pieces, the onion - into small pieces.
Mix finely chopped garlic and coriander, pour soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, sesame oil and grated citrus peel. Pour this mixture over the aubergines, add the onions and tomatoes, stir and season to taste.
Cut the finished chicken into pieces and mix with the vegetables in the salad bowl. Season to taste and serve.
