Required products :

200 grams of chicken fillet

130 grams of prunes

1 egg

2 tea cups walnuts

1 fresh cucumber

4 teaspoons mayonnaise

dill and parsley to taste

salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the fillet, then cut into thin slices. Soak prunes in water beforehand or pour boiling water for a while to soften. Peel the stones.

Cut the cucumbers into straws and the walnuts into small pieces.

Boil the egg hard, cut it into small pieces or grate it.

Next is the "assembly" of the salad.

Start with a layer of prunes, place the fillet, cucumber, walnuts and egg on top. Spread with mayonnaise.

Garnish with walnuts and chopped dill and parsley.
