Required products :

1 kg of chicken breast
1 teaspoon flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
salt and freshly ground black pepper
frying oil

For garnish :

lemon slices
salad of choice

Method of preparation :

Cover the chicken breasts with plastic wrap and thin them with a meat mallet.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Prepare three wide and shallow plates - in the first put the flour, in the second lightly beat the eggs, and in the third mix the breadcrumbs with red pepper and sesame seeds.
Roll each chicken fillet in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the chicken schnitzels for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove with a slotted spoon and leave them on kitchen paper to drain off excess fat.
