Required products :
600 grams of chicken breast (fillet)
600 grams of peeled and sliced tomatoes
250 milliliters of dry red wine
2 heads chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 - 4 grated garlic cloves
left
pepper
basil
marjoram
Bay leaf
Method of preparation :
Cut the fillet / breast into thin slices and season with salt and pepper. Fry them on both sides until golden (about 5 minutes per side). Remove the meat and fry the onion and garlic in the same pan, stirring constantly. Then add the tomatoes, bay leaf and pour the wine. Stew everything for about 10 minutes and add basil, marjoram, salt and pepper. Put the schnitzels in the resulting sauce for a while to absorb the flavors and aromas.
