How To Cook Chicken Skewers In A Cream Marinade In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

1-1.5 kg of chicken breast

For the marinade:

2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons sour cream (sourdough)
3 tablespoons lemon juice a
few onions onion
salt
pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet into equal equal small pieces.

 

Peel an onion and cut it into large circles, which you mix with the chicken.

 

Add the sour cream, pour the lemon juice and season to taste. Stir thoroughly so that the meat is covered on all sides with the mixture.

 

Put the dish in the refrigerator for an hour, then string on wooden skewers without using onions (it is put to make the bites more juicy and soft).

Fry the skewers in a small amount of hot oil until a golden crust forms on the surface. Then arrange on a sheet of aluminum foil and bake until done in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees (about 30 minutes).
