Required products :

2 chicken fillets

1 apple

1 - 2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon curry

salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the fillet and cut it into strips.

Make the marinade by mixing the crushed garlic with the lemon juice in a bowl, pour the vegetable fat, add salt, pepper and curry. Pour the meat into it, mix well and put in the fridge for an hour.

Cut the apple into not too thick pieces.

Take wooden skewers and start stringing, alternately, marinated meat and fruit.

You can then grill the skewers or fry them in enough oil for about 10-15 minutes until they turn golden, turning on all sides.

Serve lettuce on the leaves, arrange with cherry tomatoes, for example. You can also add your favorite sauce.
