How To Cook Chicken Skewers With Olives And Sesame In Soy Marinade - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken skewers with olives and sesame in soy marinade". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 700 grams of chicken fillet
  • 100 milliliters of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 15 grams of grated ginger root
  • 16-20 olives (black)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

8-10 wooden skewers

Method of preparation :

Make the marinade by adding the garlic (pressed), ginger (grated) and starch to the soy sauce. Stir.

Wash the chicken fillet and cut into large cubes, which you pour into the resulting sauce.

After half an hour, string the meat on wooden skewers, alternating the bites with olives (black, pitted, of course).

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven (at a temperature of 180 degrees) for about 20-25 minutes (after the fifteenth minute start watching the skewers, because the chicken cooks quickly and it is important not to dry).

Enjoy your meal!
