Remove the skin from the fillet, cut it into straws. Finely chop the onion, mash the garlic. Steam the tomatoes, peel them and cut into small pieces.
Melt the butter on the bottom of the pan, put the sliced fillet and fry it on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Remove the meat with a slotted spoon and set it aside for the moment. Put onions and garlic in a saucepan, fry them over low heat, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle the vegetables with the flour, stir and fry until golden brown. Add the hot ketchup and leave on the stove for another 1 minute. Pour the broth, stirring constantly, cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened slightly. Stir in the tomatoes again. Then the chicken. Drain the beans from the liquid, add it as well. Allow the soup to simmer for 20-30 minutes on low heat. Remove from the heat and leave for a while with the lid closed
Make the sauce: Mash the garlic and mix it with the softened butter. Add the dry spices, lemon peel, coriander and mix well. Add the rusks and stir again.
Pour the soup into warmed plates and put 1 tablespoon of sauce in each.
