Required products :

1.2-1.5 liters of water
350 grams chicken
1 canned beans (380 grams)
2-3 medium potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
1 stalk celery
1 tablespoon flour (without top)
1.5-2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 bay leaf
2-3 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation :

Cut the chicken into small pieces and put it to boil in water.

Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped onions, celery and carrots in hot oil (for about 10 minutes).

Once the meat is cooked, add the diced potatoes to the pan and let it cook over low heat under a lid.

Add the flour (sifted) to the vegetable stuffing, stir and a minute later add the tomato puree (or grated tomato). Let everything simmer for a few minutes, pour a little broth and season with salt and ground black pepper. After 3-4 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and pour the porridge over the meat and potatoes.

It's time for canned beans, which you can use with or without sauce, depending on your preferences.

Put the bay leaf, try and add more salt if necessary. Once the soup boils, close the pan with a lid and let it cook for another 5-6 minutes on low heat.

When you remove from the heat, wrap the pot with a towel, let it stand for about 10 minutes and then you can distribute in a plate and serve.
