How To Cook Chicken Soup With Beans, Tomatoes And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of chicken breast
150 grams of fresh mushrooms
400 grams of canned tomatoes
400 grams of canned beans
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 liter of broth - vegetable or chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation :

Cut onions into small cubes, garlic into small pieces, tomatoes into small pieces, mushrooms and chicken breasts into thin slices.
Heat olive oil, sauté onions in it until soft. Then add the chicken and fry until it acquires a brown crust on all sides. Then add the garlic, then the mushrooms, tomatoes and finally pour the broth.
When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and let everything cook for 15 minutes.
It's time for the beans, add it to the other products and leave on the fire for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot in deep plates or bowls.
