How To Cook Chicken Soup With Bread, Potatoes And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of chicken fillet and potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 head old onion
  • 80 grams of rye bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons hard cheese (grated)
  • parsley stalk
  • 3 feathers green onions
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • about a liter of water (or chicken broth)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet ground red pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the bread, potatoes, fillets and carrots into small cubes, onions - into crescents, and parsley and green onions - finely.

 

Fry the pieces of meat until golden brown (2-3 minutes) and remove from the pan.

 

In the same fat pour onions, potatoes, carrots, fry for 4-5 minutes and add the bread cubes.

 

Pour the selected liquid (water or broth), add 1 teaspoon of paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 15 minutes.

Beat the egg, add the yellow cheese, parsley, green onions and pour the mixture into the soup.

 

A minute later, remove the dish from the heat and you can serve.
