Required products :

300 - 400 grams of chicken meat

2 potatoes

1/2 cup buckwheat

1 onion

1 carrot

1 tomato

oil

Bay leaf

parsley

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat, put it in a saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of water and place on the stove. When it boils, remove the foam and add salt. Let simmer on low heat until ready.

Strain the broth into a separate bowl and place on the hob. Add the diced potatoes and the washed buckwheat. Then put the meat (boneless and sliced). 15 minutes after boiling, pour the stuffing and put the bay leaf.

The stuffing is made as follows: in a little oil fry finely chopped onions and carrots (straws). Then add the tomatoes, cut into small pieces and fry briefly.

After pouring the porridge, cook the soup for 5 minutes on low heat, add parsley and remove from the heat.

The soup is ready.
