How To Cook Chicken Soup With Cashew, Spinach And Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken soup with cashews, spinach and cream". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 100 grams of fresh spinach
  • 2 chicken legs
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of roasted Indian cashews
  • a carrot, cut into circles
  • 1 potato, cut into circles
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 50 grams of peas
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • salt, pepper
  • 100 grams of small fresh mushrooms

Method of preparation:

Boil the meat and bone it. Strain the broth and pour it into a clean saucepan.

Bring to a boil over low heat and add the chicken, finely chopped and chopped onions, carrots, potatoes, peas, whole mushrooms and spinach.

Season with salt, bay leaf and pepper to taste. Add the cashews and let the soup simmer for about 40 minutes.

When ready, cool, scoop a ladle of soup, mix it with sour cream and return the mixture to the pan. Stir, pour in portions and serve.
