Cut the fillet into cubes, fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes.
Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, add the fried meat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Peel onions and garlic, chop finely,
fry for 1 - 2 minutes in oil, the onion should become golden.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the egg yolks with the garlic and onion in a blender, add the chopped parsley and grind everything until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add it to the pot with the chicken, pouring it in a thin stream and stirring.
Allow the soup to boil for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Beat the egg whites with a fork and fry in a pan.
Cut the bread into cubes and fry in oil to obtain crispy croutons. Use spices as desired.
