Required products :

  • 4 upper legs

  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 thinly sliced ​​garlic cloves
  • 1 cup rinsed red lentils
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • yogurt for serving (optional)

Method of preparation :

Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Heat the fat and fry the onion, seasoned with salt, for about 15 minutes until golden. Add the garlic and stir often. When browned at the edges, remove from the heat and transfer the onions and garlic to a bowl, keeping them for serving.
