How To Cook Chicken Soup With Lentils And Potatoes (in A Mullet Or Multicooker) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of red lentils
  • 600 grams of chicken fillet
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • green spices to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • red pepper (ground) to taste
  • salt to taste
  • water - about a liter

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet into small pieces, wash the lentils well, chop the onion finely, grate the carrots and cut the potatoes into cubes.

You can peel the tomatoes, if you wish, cut them into pieces. Chop the garlic and green spices with a sharp knife.

Pour the oil into a bowl of mullet, put the chicken, onions, carrots. Turn on the appliance in "baking" mode for 15 minutes. Then add the potatoes, lentils, put the bay leaf, spices and pour hot water.

Switch the stew to the "Stew" program and cook the soup for 50-60 minutes under a lid.

Fifteen minutes before turning off the appliance, add the garlic and green spices.

The lentils may boil a little, but don't worry.

Serve the soup hot.

You can also use a multicooker or a simple pot to prepare it.
